Salman Khan has been accused of physically abusing his ex-girlfriend Aishwarya Rai which eventually lead to their break-up, however Salman rubbishes the rumors.



When asked about the same he says, “Obviously in a fight, I am going to be angry. I am going to go for whack and I want to give it my best shot. I don’t think that she(Aishwarya) would have survived it. So no it’s not true and I don’t know for what reason that was said, but let it go.”

The endorsement deals keep pouring in for this beautiful actress. Katrina Kaif is the chosen one to represent international cosmetic giant Olay’s Natural White cream in India. The company recently launched a white radiance range and signed Katrina as its brand ambassador.




In a mean while, Kat is not hurrying to endorse every product, she is offered. She is now the most popular girl of B-town and undoubtedly the hot favourite for several brands, who are just too keen to sign her. The gorgeous actress says, “Be it a skin, hair or a jewellery product, I am very selective about the brands I endorse. I undertake extensive research on the company and try to ensure that the brand delivers on its promises made to the user of the product.”

Everybody knows about Salman Khan’s passion for cycling. Being a fitness freak, he cycles all the way from his home in Bandra to Film City in Goregaon! However, this time he chose a different ride, for himself and lady love Katrina Kaif.



Apparently, the couple was spotted enjoying a modest auto ride like commoners in the city yesterday. Though there wasn’t much space, Katrina and Salman both managed to squeeze in. While Katrina seemed to enjoy it, she restricted herself to the back seat. Macho man Salman was so exited, he insisted on driving the auto himself! After getting time off to accompany Salman Khan for the unveiling of his waxwork statue at Madame Tussauds at London, Katrina Kaif stayed away from the event. At the event, only his sister Arpita and close buddy producer Sajid Nadiadwala accompanied him. Says Sajid, "How could I not go with Salman for such an eventful and important moment of his life? The statue shows off his arms in a black cut-sleeves tee with black jeans, a diamond studded belt and a silver-and- turquoise bracelet.

Bollywood actor Salman Khan, who has been sentenced to five years in jail for poaching, has been given permission by the Jodhpur High Court to travel to London for the unveiling of his statue at Madam Tussauds Wax Museum, his lawyer said.

Dipesh Mehta, the actor's lawyer, confirmed that he would fly to London January 14.

"He will unveil the statue the same day and return the next day," Mehta said.

Salman's wax statue will join the statues of other Bollywood stars like Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan and Aishwarya Rai.

The actor, currently out on bail, was found guilty of poaching a chinkara, an endangered species of deer, near Jodhpur in September 1998 while filming for the movie Hum Saath Saath Hain.

A lower court convicted Salman for the offence on February 17, 2007.

The Bishnoi community of Rajasthan, traditional custodians of the natural environment, had taken up the matter against Salman.

Apparently at the recent wedding ceremony of the Wizcraft MD, Andre’s wedding both Salman Khan and Aishwarya were invited guests. However they never met eye to eye as rumours say that Salman make it a point and goes out of his way to see that he does not bump into his ex.

Thanks to London’s famous wax museum, Madame Tussaud,Aishwary Bachcha and former flame Salman Khan will get to be together.
Well, we’re talking about their wax statues at the museum. Salman’s statue at the museum will be unveiled in January 2008. Aishwarya already has a statue dedicated to her at the museum. Our source says, “This will immortalise them together.”
And the reasons for placing the statues together are purely business oriented. “After SRK’s wax figure in Madame Tussauds was unveiled, business quadrupled. If Salman and her statues are paired together, business will further multiply,” the source adds. When contacted, Salman Ahmed (Group Managing Director of Bobby Khan Holdings who now have the rights to open Madame Tussauds in Mumbai) says, “There has never been any branding here but recently, we have been inundated by offers from corporates in India. A new zone called the Bollywood Zone is being created,” he added.
When questioned about whether Salman’s statue was being placed beside Aishwarya, he said, “There is a good possibility for everything, depending on the demand and of course, Madame Tussauds authorities.”
